1. PURPOSE AND SCOPE

These “Terms of Use” of BODE Araç Kapı Sistemleri Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. (“COMPANY”) set out the basic terms governing the use of the www.bode-global.com.tr website (“Site”) operated by the COMPANY.

Persons accessing the Site or using the Site are required to use the Site in accordance with applicable legislation and these Terms of Use.

The Site is operated primarily to provide information about the COMPANY and its activities, products, services, corporate structure and related matters, and to enable communication with and applications to the COMPANY.

The COMPANY attaches importance to the privacy of persons visiting the website and to the protection of their personal data.

When making such changes, rights and obligations arising from applicable legislation and the existing contractual obligations of the COMPANY remain unaffected.

These “Terms of Use” and any disputes arising from the use of the Site are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Mandatory and general rules on jurisdiction prescribed by applicable legislation remain reserved.

11. UPDATES TO THE TERMS

The COMPANY may update these “Terms of Use” in response to changes in legislation, Site features or content, technologies used, or operational requirements.

Updated Terms of Use apply to future uses of the Site from the date on which they are published on the Site. Users’ acquired or mandatory rights arising under applicable legislation remain unaffected.
